Saturday 18th and at last I’m riding East…..

So at last I’m riding East, albeit only very slightly!!

Very odd feeing this morning when I stepped out of the hote and it was dry – the first dry morning since I arrived in Tuesday LAST week!

The issue with the baffles has been temporarily resolved having purloined a coat hanger from the hotel! Hope it will be ok till I get home.

Healy Pass

Bera Peninsula

Hit the Bera Peninsula today – less touristy than the “Ring” not that there are many tourists about at all. Ascended the Healy Pass – not too arduous and road down 5 miles with the engine off which was pleasant.

So although I did 90 miles around the peninsula tonight I am only staying about 25 miles east of last night.

Out for my usual Guinness tonight! Tomorrow will be a more substantial ride east!
