OLD CARS
Went to the Frogmill near Cheltenham for lunch yesterday and they had some nice old cars outside…..
1. Mini pickup (1960s) – I used to deliver groceries in one of these as a lad !
2. Triumph Mayflower (Late 1950s) – my Uncle Jack had one of these two tone pale blue and cream !
3. Austin A30 (Late 1950s) – used to be everyone’s “first car” before the Mini arrived in 1959!
4. Riley Elf – a “posh” derivative of the Mini – 1965
5. Morris 1000 (Blue) – 1967
6. Morris 1000 Van – late 1950s
7. Morris 1000 Traveller (with the wood frame) – late 1950s early 1960s
8. Morris 1000 (White) – late 1950s
