Oxford Open Doors….free entry to all of the colleges !

Broad Street, Oxford

I live just over an hour from Oxford and its a lovely city to wander around and admire the architecture and the history that goes with it.

Today my Customers, a family with a 86 year old mom and her 4 “children” enjoyed a wonderful tour with a specialist guide followed by lunch in the iconic “Turf Inn” – the very pub where President Clinton is said not to have inhaled !!

They had a particular treat today as this weekend was “Open Doors” in Oxford where the Colleges throw open their doors to the public.

Please note that some of the photos, below, are distorted because, to get everything in, I used the “panorama” setting. But you will get the gist of things !

These photos simply don’t even scratch the surface of what is able to be seen in Oxford…..come visit !!
