Far more optimistic start for today’s Sunday Moped Ride-Out with the NACC !

Woke up to a beautiful morning – just perfect for a choking ride behind a dozen or more 2-Strokes through the lanes of Wiltshire !

As I rode past the church in Tetbury, the Bells were peeling in the sunshine – a thoroughly beautiful day with a good turn out for the start from the Red Bull pub in Malmesbury.

After filming the start, I managed to totally lose track of the “peloton” to the extent that after half an hour of frantically dodging around the Wiltshire lanes I suddenly found myself coming straight towards my comrades !

After a brief rest stop to cure the aching bottoms, at The Horse and Groom in Charlton, we resumed the remainder of our ride – 41 miles in total for me !

A thoroughly enjoyable morning…..
Lets Tour England !

This morning’s run out from Malmesbury !

A few of the bikes !

A couple of our most “Senior” Members, David and Dennis, both in their 80s !

A few more bikes

Actually this is NOT a Honda SS50 !! Its a Chinese “Nanfang” bored out to 125cc with some deceiving Honda decals on it !

A brief respite for sore bottoms at The Horse and Groom, Charlton !

Altogether different species of bikes and breed of bikers than we just saw at breakfast in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. I prefer yours.
